急急急 J1 2年服务死循环 (一个复杂且尴尬的j-1 waiver问题)

我是2011年拿J-1去美国做交换生，当时在新加坡读本科。因为拿的是中国护照，所以要求我回中国2年。 

我新加坡读书是拿新加坡政府奖学金，要求毕业在新加坡服务三年。毕业后，我一直在新加坡工作，身份也从学生证变成永久居民变成公民。 

现在我需要waive j-1 的中国两年居住，可是中国大使馆已经不承认我了（因为我不是中国公民了）。

我的服务期限还剩1年半的时间。考虑到我不是中国公民，去中国呆1年半也是不现实的。 

请问这种情况我该怎么办？是不是陷入一个死胡同永远不能解决了？
