8 老师好，

请问在H1-B extention i-129 表格中，是否需要如实填写在此3年的h1-b之前的 h-3? 网上有律师说h-3 不算在h1-b 的六年中，但是L-1 算。我应该填写吗？我也怕最后发现h-3 也算，结果h1-b 只剩一年了。。。谢谢！
-You need to ask the lawyer to do the H-1 petition for you. You cannot do it by yourself. I personally agree with the lawyer, i.e. H-3 time is not counted into the 6 years of H-1.
