放弃绿卡交 Form I-407后 ，如果过去15年中持有8年绿卡，要给IRS交 Exit Tax Form 8854。

1. 这个持有8年绿卡的时间怎么算？

绿卡开始时间是：2011年10月1日，8年的截止时间是下面哪个？-The dates your I-407 approval date (i.e. the date you abandoned your green card in the US Consulate)

1）是指2019年10月1日？

2）是指2011，2012， 2013， 2014， 2015， 2016， 2017， 2018。到今天为止已经8年了？要交Form 8854了？

2.  You are a “covered expatriate.” if your net worth is $2 million or more on the date of your expatriation or termination of residency.

问：net worth包括全球房产？按照现在的市场价格算？
