我父母亲持有绿卡, 两年前申请Reentry Permit, 在2016年4月中旬批准下来. 他们2016年9月份回国, 2017年12月持Reentry Permit入境. 因为家里有事他们打算6月中旬回去. 他们准备再申请一个Reentry Permit. 今天填表时发现如下说明: 这是不是意味着在2018年4月中旬之前, 他们还不能递交新的Reentry Permit申请?
-They can file I-131 to apply for a new reentry permit now, but they need to return the current valid one with the I-131 application, or just submit I-131 and then, wait for USCIS send them RFE, then return the old reentry permit at that time.
还是说可以递交申请, 因为Reentry Permit是一次性使用的? 多谢!
