8老师您好，配偶F2A入境后一个多月还没有收到绿卡。网上有人说需要先缴一个绿卡制作费才可以收到绿卡。但在我的记忆中从来没有被要求缴绿卡制作费。请问如果需要交费的话应该交到哪里？
-It is immigrant fee.  When your spouse got the immigrant visa, this fee requirement should be addressed in the document the VO gave to your spouse.
If you don't pay it, the green card will never be issued to your spouse. Check this website for how to pay it:

另外如果一直没有收到绿卡应该与哪个部门联系？ 多谢8老师指教！
