请问各位：NIW pending期间回国工作

国内有个很好的offer，打算submit上去NIW 就回去上班，肯定等不到140批准，移民局会因为我离境而拒掉NIW吗？

打算回去工作一两年再以H4签证回来，因为老公还在美国工作，申请H4签证及入境时会有麻烦吗？
