8老师，您好。女儿回美证打完指模已经一个月了，还没收到。用receipt number 在uscis 的case status online查不到。显示是说my case status does not recognize the receipt number entered .仔细检查了receipt number 没错，是不是不能在网上查，必须要打电话才能知道status?
