请问8老师，我给在国内的父母办移民，母亲已经通过，需要在5个月内登录美国。但是如果在5个月以内收不到我父亲的体检面试通知，可能我父亲就得一个人自己去办理。现在的问题是，我父亲年迈，听力又不好，我能否请求领事馆取消面试，只进行体检。很是头疼，谢谢了。
