请教8老师和皮匠老师关于N400的organization的问题

两位老师， 填N400的时候， 有下面这个问题，大学的时候入党过的话， 是不是直接可以说出国了就退出了？ 

Have you EVER been a member of, or in any way associated (either directly or indirectly) with the Communist Party?

之前还有另外一个问题如下。 那我还需要填yes 吗？ 

Have you EVER been a member of, involved in, or in any way associated with any organization, association, fund, foundation, party, club, society, or similar group in the United States or in any other location in the world?
