N400填表问题

在填表，请大家帮忙。之前有过一次婚姻，不知道离婚时前夫是永久居民还是已经申请了公民，请问该怎么填？他现在已经是美国公民，表格上关于他的COUNTRY OF CITIZENSHIP应该填现在的美国而不是出生地的中国国籍吧？谢谢
