我看到pjiang老师2009年在“ I-485 的处理、RFE 及排期进向”文章里提到公证书必需是1993年11月以后的，现在还有这个要求吗？I-485只要求出生公证和婚姻公证对吗？

另外，pjiang老师说不是都需要面试的，但现在EB2/EB3是不是都要面试了？
