2017年初递交父母绿卡申请，至今无消息，父母一直在美国。最近他们需要持回美纸回国看病。如果在他们回国期间收到面谈通知，而他们不能按面谈要求时间返回，能更改面谈时间吗？

如何更改？
-Request it by writing to the local USCIS Office where the interview takes place. Had better visit the USCIS Office to present the request, just in case.
