去年夏天给我妈申请绿卡，一时糊涂我自己的出生公证少复印了一页。现在收到移民局说

the birth certificate you submitted is not properly certified.

要我提交original birth certificate.

悲剧的是原始的公正怎么也找不到了。

我有以前申请绿卡是发给律师的出生公证的copy. 

我想先把这个完整的copy给他先发过去，看看行不行。

如果要再办一份出生公证的话，我人不在国内，很麻烦。

请教8老师我先给他发完整copy会不会反而坏事，是不是直接想办法从新办一份公证。
-You had better provide what the RFE asked. You may contact the 公证处 whether they still have your file and provide a duplicate to you. If you don't have a choice, you may just send the photocopy. Talk to your lawyer, anyway.

哎，没有人向我怎么糊涂的了吧。
