1. 在要求提交的supporting document里，court records with translation，知道是指法院的，这里包括离婚判决吗？-Yes.

3. Affidavit of supports就是要求我父亲递交的材料里，petitioner's civil documents 指什么呢？-e.g. copy of his US passport or naturalization certificate.
4. proof of relationship就让我爸手写个声明说我是他女儿就可以吗？-No! He needs to provide the copy of your birth certificate. If you have a 户口本 which includes your name and your parents' names, then you had better do the 户口本公证, and provide it also,
5. 还要求我父亲提供资产，收入等证明，可我父亲是我兄弟担保过来的，他没有工作和收入啊，这种情况会不会被拒啊，因为我父亲没有能力support我，但我兄弟们可以
