我的情况：我已绿卡（EB2, NIW）；爱人和小孩在国内。

我结婚是在我获得绿卡之前。我的爱人办理的是follow-to-join, 已预约广州总领事馆面试申请移民签证。

1. 广州领事馆移民签证面试：签证官对面试者（我爱人）面试问问题交流时，用中文还是英文？我爱人回答可以用中文，还是必须是英文？（这是移民签证，来美定居，不同于普通的非移民签证，我们不知道对于面试者口语的要求，是否要做英文口语练习准备）。
-Chinese is fine. The VO knows Chinese well.

 2. 小孩：小孩刚到上小学的年龄。小孩出生在我获得绿卡之后，所以小孩不能办理 follow-to-join, 我想给小孩办理B2签证来美。我绿卡，爱人将持移民签证，小孩申请B2是否会因为移民倾向而被拒签？
-I think it will work because your child needs to be under your physical custody (Explain this issue to the VO). Your child had  better apply for the B2 visa after your spouse gets the immigrant visa, not do it at the same time.

爱人带着小孩同一航班入境（爱人持移民签证，小孩持B2签证），入境时，能否走CBP的同一个通道？是否会遇到CBP 官员的意想不到的额外的入境审查步骤？
-Your spouse may talk to the IO at the port of entry, and I am sure they will deal with it properly.
