请教8老师：绿卡申请公民迟迟没有进展

05/02/2017: 递交了美国公民申请材料；

06/18/2017: 去移民局地方办事处采集了指纹。

从那以后，再没有任何进展，现在都快进入2018年2月了，再拖拖就到一年了；

从移民局官网查看我的案子状态，一直都是下列信息：

On June 6, 2017, we started the interview scheduling process for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization , Receipt Number NBC*00------。 We will send you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

请问：我的公民申请案子正常吗？如果不正常，我有什么解决之道？据说以前的公民申请3-4个月就搞定了。
