1.我是不是需要一个加拿大签证才能进入加拿大境，应该填哪一个表格那：Work permit 还是 Travel permit？最快要多久才能拿到，准备那些材料那？可以办多次往返吗？
Yes. you need get travle permit. go to the offical canada website to find information and fill out the form. either you mail your application or go to the consulate to get the visa(depend on which city you are). the letter from you and your employer to show them you are on business trip. copies of your H1b visa. etc.you can get mulitple entries, just pay more money.
2.据说我必须先有H1B签证stamp在护照上，才能办理加拿大签证，是这样吗？

No. I don't have any H1b stamp, and still get canada visa.

3.第三国签H1B一般需要那些材料，他们会问什么问题那？

I didn't go to apply for H1b in Canada, still come back. if your trip is in 30 days, you don't need H1b visa. but if you want to apply, you need make appointment from one website. when you go to Canada and apply for visa from American Consulate, maybe you can get H1b visa at the same day or in 3 business day.
