请教8老师,关于父母绿卡的体检.

昨天收到信,说需要提供:
Medical exam I-639 by a USCIS authorized civil surgeon, submitted in an envelope sealed by the civil surgeon. Please see page 2 for further information. Page 2 is shown below.

我们当时递交了体检 (Aug 2016), 信上没说要重新体检,我们还要重新体检吗?是不是只提供PAGE 2要求的尿检就可以了? Thanks.
