请问给家里人申请绿卡，最新的I-130表有几个地方不清楚，麻烦8老师看看

1. Part 2, #1 A-number，这个该填哪个数字？是以前申请绿卡时候给的A-number吗？-Leave it blank.

2. Part 2, Address History,  假如 current address 和 #10.a -10.i填的是一样的， #12a-15b是不是就应该空着-If you have never change your resident ADDRESS within the last five years, just fill your current address in 12.a to 13. b, and leave the others blank.

3. Part 4， #48， travel document number 应该填什么？还是空着？-Leave it blank.

4. Part 5, 这次是给sibling申请，以前给父母申请过。这里是不是应该填上父亲的信息。 因为地方不够，母亲的信息就可以不填了？-Fine.

问题比较多，麻烦了。
