-Technically, yes. But I strongly suggest you to extend it beyond the 6-year limit using the approved I-140!! Otherwise, if your I-485 is denied (for example due to your loss of job), then you have to leave US and stay outside US for at least one year to get a new HG-1 quote again to reenter US.
