谢谢8老师！那就是说， 配偶H4不会受和H1拒签影响。
-Technically, if you don't enter US, their H-4 status will be invalid. But because their I-94 does not expire yet, their stay will not be considered as unlawful presence, i.e. it does not have negative effects on their future.
