H1B 失业转B2，现在是B2 PENDING，如果在PENDING 期间离开美国，

1）是否等于B2 申请作废？
-Yes.

要向USCIS寄信通知吗？
-Not need. USCIS will find your leaving by themselves and deny your application.

2） 离开美国后，以后是否可以在中国申请其他的签证，比如，H1B, B1或者B2？
-Yes. Bring the I-539 filing receipt notice for the future visa interview.
