-He can use the AP to enter US before the AP expires even if the green card is approved during his travel.

上面情况，如果绿卡发放了。 人在中国，回美证过期了， 可以从美国把绿卡寄到中国，然后用绿卡入境美国吗？
-Yes, but if it lost during the mail, he will have trouble to come back.
