填写公民为父母申请绿卡 485 -

PAGE 3  Q2:

Are you applying for adjustment based on the Immigration and Nationality Act ( INA) section 245(I) ?-   No 吧 ？-Correct.

Page 7 Q10

Is your current spouse applying with you?  -  查以前贴 应填 NO， 父母同时申请， 似乎 ‘YES’？
-Say "No" because your father's case is irrelevant to your mother's case (two indipendent cases).


G325 form 也不用填了， 是吧？
