Form I-765 中有这么一项：

10. Do you want the SSA to issue you a Social Security card? (You must also answer “Yes” to Item Number 11.  Consent for Disclosure, to receive a card.)

如果选申请Social Security card，会导致processing delay或其他问题吗？

这两项不填行吗？
