究竟什么情况写N／A或是留空白呢？很糊涂
比如middle name， 曾用名，USCIS online account number等等
2.Part 5中 ＃1 provide most recent residence and list every location where you have lived during the last five years.
这五年中我回国两趟，前后总共待了共7（4+3）个月（其中有6个月是在收到绿卡后，我是第一次回国后人在国内的时候绿卡批准的），也需要写地址吗？

9 A. Have you ever been a member of, involved in, or in any way associated with, any organization, association, fund, foundation, party, club, society, or similar group in the US or in any other location in the world?选Yes后，记不清什么时候开始不交党费了，随便写个时间也可以吧？

是不是9，10只要附一份statement 解释因为长时间没有交党费相当于退党就可以了？
