我们一家三口年收入只有4万5千, -It is enough，

银行存款3万元，但是父母在美国购买了一处价值18万的房子，不知道是否这些够做父母移民的资金担保？-No.

1、8老师，我没太明白。“It is enough" 的意思是一家三口年收入4万5千，可以给父母做担保申请绿卡？

2、后面这个“No"是什么意思？
-Your parents can not use their income, deposit or property to support their green card application under your sponsor even if they were millionaires

3、我给父母递交移民申请材料时，是不是需要把父母名下的这栋房子的信息也交上？
-No.
