（1）现在需要申请我先生的EAD/AP延期， 在最新的131 instruction 里看到移民局特地强调 （黑体字）：
You must complete Part 4. of the form indicating how your intended travel fits within 1 of the 3 purposes below: educational purposes, employment purposes, humanitarian purposes.
我们去年在和485一起申请的时候，表格131里这一部分是没有填写的。那现在我们申请延期的时候，需要按照这个新的规定填写原因吗？

（2）另外我先生最近离境回美国的时候，海关好像没有理会他的AP卡， 因为我们在查询他最近的入境记录时（I94），上面显示的不是AOS, 而是他去年用H4入境的记录。现在问题是我已经绿卡了，所以他肯定不再是H4状态入境了，他的I94怎么没有显示最新的入境记录呢？这个正常吗？
