1. 我的绿卡需要盖延期章，这个一定要在美国盖，我现在人在国内，上一个延期章的到期时间是明年6月份，我今年10月份申请了回美证，目前人在国内，目前我收到移民局的通知要在12月4号去做回美证的指纹采集。
目前的难题：据我的律师说，因为我的延期章是明年6月，回美证最多 给我到明年6月份，那么其实这个回美证只有6个月有效期，划不来。
是否我可以12月去美国盖延期章，这样我的绿卡有效期可以到明年12月，回美证到明年6月份有效，我是否可以6月份之前不用回美国，到10月份的时候再办一次回美证？这样算不算超过半年有效期了？

或者要求回美证打指纹的appointment一直reschedule到明年3-4月份，连护照盖章一起？我这样的情况太特殊 ，估计很难办，每次都要一家4口来回跑，实在是太麻烦了

-I don't have any good suggestions. Your lawyer has addressed the issue for you. The principle is that you can not stay outsider US for > one year continuously without reentry permit from the date you left US for the latest travel. If you don't have reentry permit, you need to return to US within one year and also bring the evidences why you stay in China for > 6 months,  in case the IO gives you trouble at the port of entry.
