2 options,
1) start with a job -- who ever wants to hire you? Go for it. If they can reimburse the tuition fee, you get luck out...
2) get a fake degree from China -- unknown univerisity/college in a small town . Go for your master. if you get caught, you can't register in that college at most. In general case, no problem.
