1。准备为父母申请绿卡，计划让他们入境美国后，同时递交I130，I485。听到一种说法，最好他们入境后，两个月，甚至三个月后才递交。遍查移民局网站，没有发现这一规定。不知是否属实？如果早申请，是否会有问题？
-There is not law to limit it, but if they apply for green card too soon, possibly some IO may consider that they had fraud in the B-2 visa application. So, they had  better wait for 60 to 90 days.

2。另外，移民体检已做。两，三个月后，再递交材料，审查时，是否会觉得早有移民倾向？

是否最好等几个月后，再作一次移民体检？
