-Don't understand your question clearly. Basically, your I-140 is irrelevant to you.
他申请Perm 时也要了很多我的材料,但是140上只有他一个人是 beneficiary.所以我不知道我是不是也get his priority date...
-You can file I-485 together with his I-485 (i.e. depend on his I-485/green card) to get your green card as his derivative. But you are not the beneficiary of his I-140.
