请问8老师，父母绿卡的申请状态问题

给父母申请绿卡，8月中打了指纹，9月底开始case status 就变为 
Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview
一个多月了，一直没有变化，也没有收到任何打指纹的通知。这个状态是正常的吗？需不需要去移民局询问呢？
