求问8老师，父母机票就是周三，想去local office 盖那个I-551 stamp 已经约不上了。

如果幸运不用打指纹，那么应该很快就收到绿卡。如果收到绿卡给他们寄回国也可以供他们明年入境用吧？
-Yes, but if the green card is lost during mailing (I saw some cases before), then they may have trouble to come back.
