我因为换工作所以有2个140。那么在填485 part2 underlying petition #? 如果填最近的那个的话 priority date就不对了

Talk to your lawyer who is in charge of your new I-140. It seems your new lawyer is not so good because he/she did not do good job to let USCIS put the old priority date to your new I-140.
If you want to use the old I-140 to file I-485,then you need to ask the old employer to give you the support letter addressing that they will hire you back after you get your green card.
