妈妈入籍以后想给孩子申请公民纸，孩子的名字改好以后递交N600的时候该填写他的新名字还是老名字？我们会附上改名证明的。谢谢！
-Put his new name in "Current Legal Name" part, put his old name in "Your Name Exactly as It Appears on Your Permanent Resident Card" part and "Other Names You Have Used Since Birth" Part.
