最近看到很多H1B被check了， 想问8老师一下我的情况：

公司律师正帮我准备我的H1B extension， 我现在的title是senior, 但是工资还是属于level 1（短期内也不可能被调高到level 2), jobzone=4, 而且我发现我们公司提供的job description， 用于第一次申请H1和现在以senior申请描述 一样， 这样的话是不是很容易被check?
-Why don't you just use the old title for the H-1 extension? You can be the senior in the company, but for H-1 status, you may use the old title. 

有没有什么好的办法避免？
