我的h1b petition 在公司A 名下。Paycheck和w2在公司B 名下。公司A 和公司B 是sister company, 都在母公司公司C 名下。税是一起的。
年底想回国。H1B 1st time stamping。请问返签是否有风险。

另外公司说今年年底会把所有公司B的人都移到公司A。也就是说明年开始Paycheck就成为公司A了。这种情况是否建议明年再回国风险小一些？
