我朋友刚拿到O1签证，马上要来美国。

1、他可以一来美国就申请绿卡吗？
-Yes. But he needs to file I-140 and then, file I-485 when the priority date is current.  O-1 is irrelevant to green card.

2、如果可以马上交485，他需要申请AP吗？因为他需要经常往返中美，没办法在美国呆很长时间.
-Then, he had better apply for it.

3、如果不能交485，他可以申请广州移民签证吗？
-Yes.

这期间他O1 还有效吗？
-If he does not work for the employer within US, the O-1 will be void.

他孩子还可以以O3在美国读书吗？
-See above. If O-1 is void, no  O3.
