-He needs to contact USCIS to see whether the I-485 has been reopened. If yes, he can use EAD and AP. But I don't suggest him to travel outside US during this period of time even if the I-485 is reopen.
3.他485 是5月末被拒的，如果180天内290 还没消息，是不是最好要离境，怕三年不准入境。
-Consult an immigrant lawyer to see how big the possibility he can win the I-290B case.
4.如果离境了是不是290B就自动被拒了呢？-See above answer.
