以H4的身份接收一笔收入(研究项目基金)时,需要提供SSN和相关的签证和移民状态信息。现在的身份是H4，同时485pending(已收到 EAD combo 卡，但从未用过)。我的问题是如果提供了相关信息并且实际收到这笔收入，目前的身份是否就从H4自动转换成AOS了？（我们希望能尽量保持H4的)
-Your H4 status will be void if it is your personal income by using I-485 based EAD.  If I were you, I would get the money (money is always good!). As long as your spouse keep H-1 status, it does not matter to you, anyway. You can become H-4 holder again if your I-485 is denied.
