我朋友要在广州领事馆办理职业移民签证，他是EB1A, 现在还没雇主，估计面试前能拿到offer letter。他有几个DS260 的问题想请教您。下面是他的问题
1. 在Petitioner Information里，Petitioner is my那一项，我本人，主申请人选了self. 我太太和孩子选什么呢？
--Your wife and kid need to fill their DS 260, respectively. The petitioner is also you, but they are your derivatives for the immigrant visa application, not the beneficiary.
选other吗？可是又要求我填公司的地址电话等。我目前还没拿到offer letter.

2. 我太太以前在美国申请过485，但是由于140 被拒导致485 被拒。由于她是AOS身份，所以485被拒以后她应该马上就变为非法停留了吧？不过她以最快的速度离开了美国，差不多非法停留了30 多天。下面的问题该怎么回答？
是回答yes 吗？如果是，我该怎么解释呢？

3. 邮寄地址可以填美国朋友家的地址吗？ 我怕中国地址邮丢了或者有延迟。
-You may try, but I am not sure it works with 100% unless you identify your friend as your agent.
4. 交了ds260后，Step 4: Collect Financial Documents. 我需要提交什么？我目前没有美国雇主。
-That will be an issue. I have no idea about it because you are employment-based.
