请问各位老师关于父母办绿卡：

1. 结婚公证 可以是 结婚事实公证吗？因为结婚证已经找不到了。
-叫国内当地派出所出个证明，然后去公证处作个公证.

２.需要无犯罪公证　
-Not need if they apply for the green card within US unless their fingerprinting fails.

和　户口本公证？
-Had better do it if the 户口本 contains your names and your parents' names

３.如果是党员，还在交党费，会影响办绿卡吗？　
-It should not, but need to write a statement to explain why the joined the Party (e.g. for employment, promotion,, etc.), and what activities they are participating in.

需要从国内出啥证明吗？-No.
