感觉这180天以内和之后没有区别啊？
-There is difference. It is very risky to change job before I-485 pending > 180 days: if the employer withdraw the I-140 or USCIS make a decision on your case during this period, then your I-485 will be void. 


都是，如果要换工作，得找similar的工作。我的理解对吗？
