E2 请教 8 老师

您好！

我于一年前得到了E2 visa由于购买餐馆生意，并且申请到了SSN, 由于种种原因没有完成交易。现在又正在买幼儿园生意，是否需要重新办理E2？如果重新办理E2，是否需要重新申请SSN？

是否可以先把生意买下来，再办E2？
