请教 8 老师 - 父母放弃绿卡申请B2 签证填DS-160表问题

（以前问过父母绿卡已回国5年，现想申请放弃绿卡I-407同时申请B2签证现在我在帮他们填DS-160)

表上问题：

Are you a permanent resident of a country/region other than your country/region of origin (nationality) indicated above?

该怎么答？填表时还有绿卡，面试时先放弃。

另外有US Social security number, 要填上去吗？
