请问8老师：申请父母移民，要求补户口材料

朋友申请她父母移民，近来收到移民局信要求补材料，其中一项是要求 补 “Family household registry--Please summit "HuKou” (户口) for the family，请问：

1）这是什么文件？是户口复印件吗？

2）如果父母的户口地址不同，有影响吗？

3）提交这些文件的目的是什么?

4）是必须提交的吗？
