Part 3：Information about the immigrants you are sponsoring
- 问题1：“I am sponsoring the principal immigant in Part 2”选“Yes“？
- -Correct.
- 问题2-27：不用回答？-Correct.
- 问题28“Enter the total number of immigrants you are sponsoring on this affidavit of suport：写“1”？-Right.
Part 5: Sponsor's household size
我家有我和我老公，一个小孩子，还有我父母跟我们住在一起。这样填对吗？
-No. You need to put "1" in item #6, i.e. your father or mother needs to be counted into your household size though either one of them not got green card yet. Thus, your total household size is 5. By the way, you need to file two I-864 and your spouse file two I-864A, respectively, for your father and mother. Do the same way in another I-864 for your father or mother.
Part 6: Sponsor's employment and income
我和我老公都是self employed，一起报1040. 因为1040税表上显示的是共通收入，我就想我当主要担保人, 他当家庭成员担保人。
- 问题19 a-c：填共同收入可以吗？
- -Yes if your spouse will file I-864A.
- 还是必须是我个人的收入，尽管我个人的收入也够了。-No.
- 同样的在我老公填的I-864A表里，part4 问题2a-c: 也填共同收入可以吗？-No.
- 还是必须是我老公个人的收入？-Yes.
