我本人是美国公民， 想给我父母办亲属移民。 我本人的出生公证上有我父母的全部信息

但是我父亲的出生公证上， 有他父亲（我爷爷）的全部信息， 但是没有他母亲（我奶奶）的姓名。因为我奶奶很早离家出走，年代久远，没法办理。
-Only put her name on your father's birth certificate, nothing else. Why 没法办理?

这会影响我父亲的绿卡的申请吗？
-Yes. USCIS will not accept that document because it does not meet the requirement.

如果会，该怎么办？
-Do a new one which should include your father's name, your grandparents' names (both your father's father and mother's names), your father's birth date and place of birth.
