十几年前因为失业夫妻吵架邻居报警，男方被arrest两次charge家暴两次，后来案子都被dismiss了。现在先生申请入籍，请了律师附上文件如实说明了一切情况，快要入籍面试了，这种情况还需要雇律师一起去面试么？
Not need to waste your money. I don't think the lawyer is helpful very much.  If it affects your US citizenship approval, then it will no matter whether you hire lawyer or not because the fact of your case has been very clear there. Just tell the truth when asked, and also bring all of the related documents, just in case.


如果移民官问到相关问题，律师能否代为回答？有朋友说，所有问题都得本人回答，律师不能帮着回答，是这样么？那花钱请律师同去是不是没有必要？
